Tagtics is a visual client feedback platform for freelance web developers. The Service includes the client SDK, dashboard, and APIs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Service. You must ensure that you have the right to install the Tagtics client SDK on any websites where it is used.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Tagtics or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
