When you use Tagtics, we collect information necessary to provide the Service. This includes account information (email, name) and technical data captured via the client SDK (browser version, OS, DOM state, screen resolution).
2. Use of Data
The data collected via the client SDK is solely used to construct bug reports and visual feedback tickets for your projects. We do not sell this data to third parties. Account information is used for billing and authentication purposes.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
4. Service Providers
We may use infrastructure providers (such as hosting or authentication) solely to operate and deliver the Service. Those providers process data only as needed to run Tagtics, subject to their own privacy policies. Tagtics does not connect your feedback to third-party project tools.
